All Airchamber orders placed on the Airchamber USA website are received and processed within 2 business days. Airchamber USA uses the highest forms of security features including SSL encryption to ensure your data remains safe and your privacy is respected. Orders placed on the Airchamber USA website are subject to approval and promotional considerations. Airchamber uses Stripe to process credit card payments. Stripe is trusted by thousands of merchants and businesses across the internet and offers industry-leading fraud protection, security, and reliable credit card services for consumers.

Payment Methods

Airchamber accepts all major credit cards (Mastercard, VISA, American Express) as well as alternative payment methods available at checkout.


All Airchamber products purchased from Leeds Imports, LLC dba Airchamber USA are shipped to owners and dealers using trackable methods and require a signature upon delivery. Depending on destination and quantity, different shipping methods could be used. Upon shipping confirmation, you will receive a tracking number from one of our shipping partners; UPS, FedEx, DHL, or an LTL carrier (for volume orders). Airchamber systems are shipped fully insured and complete with all necessary parts and components.

Shipping Promotions

Airchamber USA provides Free Ground Shipping on all Domestic orders to the lower 48 contiguous states. Free Ground Shipping is available during checkout. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Expedited shipping does not reduce the processing time of 1-4 business days to process an order, and does not include weekends. Shipping and Handling charges are based on the subtotal of your order and the shipping method selected. Airchamber USA does not currently ship to APO / FPO Military or P.O. Boxes. Our shipping methods are subject to change without notice. Please note that if your package was not received as indicated by your tracking number you will need to notify Airchamber USA customer service within 5 business days of the scheduled delivery date. We will file a lost package claim on your behalf. Notification outside this time frame will make the order ineligible for replacement and/or store credit.


All sales are final and returns are accepted under specific circumstances only. If it is determined you need to return your Airchamber, you must contact us for a Return Authorization within 30 days from the confirmed delivery date. The item(s) must be in its original condition and returned in the original box with all parts and accessories. No exceptions. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Purchases become a FINAL SALE after 30 days from the confirmed delivery date and are no longer eligible for return or refund. All items marked as FINAL sale are not returnable.

However, if your item is deemed defective, it may fall under our limited liability warranty. Airchamber products carry a 12-month warranty against any manufacturing defects including the frame supports, cover, zippers, flooring, fans, and transformer.
